About Us

Calvin Maile is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over 15 years experience in a variety of matters including criminal litigation, civil litigation, divorce and family law, and negotiating and drafting of various commercial agreements. Mr Maile is a sole director of Calvin Maile Attorneys. As an experienced trial attorney, he understands his important role in protecting and promoting his client’s rights and interests.

Mr Maile obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) in 2002 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2005. Mr Maile was also admitted to appear in the Supreme Court of South Africa, including the Constitutional Court in 2005. He is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.

Mr Maile has prior to practising law on his own account, practised at the highest level in the South Africa legal fraternity, including in leading firms such as D.M. Kisch Incoporated and Werksmans Attorneys of Sandton.
